Looong time

Yeah its been quite a long time since I posted something. Well to begin with I am currently in my native place and enjoying "ghar ka khana". There are loads of things I would like to write but had no time mon [:(].

First, let me begin with something about management. I was going through this blog long time back and came across this. As in the blog it is mentioned "Management" is about having lots and lots of patience. I being an software engineer have seen this thing happen practically in my life.

The other day one of the employees asked a very "frustuated" (as all other SEs are) type of question. The "Manager" who was listening to his query was amazingly cool, did not loose his temper what so ever. Well I guess we all have something to learn from managers in real life too.

Some thing on blogging (even though I dont do it much [:)]). As a blogger I believe you have to read a *lot* to start blogging. Should be surrounded by things that are interesting to write and finally a zeal to write [:)]
